Thomas J. Moylan, Esq.
- A seasoned veteran of the 1031 industry, Mr. Moylan has guiding numerous clients through simple and complex exchanges over his twenty-four year career. His main function at Like Kind Exchange Intermediary Corp. is structuring and implementing reverse and construction exchanges. Mr. Moylan graduated Cum Laude from Providence College, received a J.D. from Suffolk University, and earned a Masters of Law in Taxation from Boston University. A partner in a boutique law firm specializing in tax, Mr. Moylan represents a wide range of real estate owners in the areas of asset protection planning, acquisitions and sales, financing, leasing, and tax planning with a special emphasis on structuring like kind exchanges.
Stephanie Rossi
- Stephanie Rossi is President of Like-Kind Exchange Intermediary Corp. and has guided and assisted numerous clients with a variety of 1031 exchanges including Reverse Exchanges, Construction Exchanges and Asset Exchanges for over 15 years. Along the way Ms. Rossi was awarded the Certified Exchange Specialist® (CES®) designation from The Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA). Ms. Rossi is also a paralegal at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, a national business and real estate transactions firm with more than 800 lawyers in 46 offices throughout the United States. As a paralegal, Ms. Rossi has been extensively involved in a variety of real estate transactions including, but not limited to, purchase and sales, financing, tax planning and closings. She is also a licensed Realtor® in Rhode Island.
